I stay in Equine and work in KL comfortably. Alot connectivity to KL via Puncak Jalil, Serdang, skve, of course fastest is pay for MEX. My preferred mode of transport is mrt for saving. Basically Equine is at the centre of KV south.

Kajang car and mrt has to go through Cheras and you know โ€˜Cherasโ€™.

Because went to visit/research a few, personally feel not good buy for me.
Eg.
- Meta city - Saw google review on developer build quality issue
- Jernih - Prefer Parkland Residence compared to this
- Connaught One - Dislike surrounding area
and many others as well, not wish to wish spend so much on my first home.

You have spotted any good project to share?  brows.gif

Nowadays the quality is a gamble. We have reduce to the base line where can vp on time is very good already. ๐Ÿ˜‚

You can visit meta again when it vp soon by this q4 i think.

Traffic is nightmare on every establish township. Cannot run away from it. But at least there is a mrt nearby. To me ktm is not considered public transport. At least must be lrt or mrt.

I bought Kaia for my retirement home. So is my bias towards equine area. ๐Ÿ˜…

Yeah I also saw Equine Residence seems like so far still a lot unoccupied unit.
The location honestly is real good for me as well, but if let say both equine residence & one equine are fully ready in future & highly occupied, I think traffic there also same became nightmare. Currently peak hours also already long queue traffic nearby the one equine & bank traffic right there, can't imagine traffic there after one equine complete construction later.
Ahh, agree on nowadays developers build quality really shakehead.gifย  shakehead.gif .

I seen from nsk to equine residence, this side is fairly well occupied by judging the number of lights at night. Maybe not doing well for the side facing one equine.

I see the rise in traffic is a good sign for commercial activities. More demand then supply then competition to up the bar.

That site limited the land available for MRT allocation because Equine was developed before the MRT. Consequently, it limited the land choices for the MRT to be built.

I believe most of the landed residence there would like to be further away from mrt noise. Close but not so close.
