avoid high purine, red meat, but different people seems like different trigger that makes their body produce more uric acid I think, at least that's how it is with my family. usually I drink ural for 3-4 days after eating a lot of red meat just to be safe, if your uric acid level is really high doctor will reccomend eat Allopurinol.

Red meat all out. Jiken and babi can but moderation.

All seafood out. Ikan can. Only ikan kampung, ikan bilis sardine (not sire got other fish) kenot,

Vege. Only green and violet kaler can

Apa sugary drinks also out except for H2O, green tea and cina tea.

For fruits u go for these 2 saje for high alkaline, lemon and watermelon.

Gout is over protein. Either u build muscle etc or lari jogging.

PS: Or u can 1 hari pancut 7 kali to buang protein 🤣🤣🤣 not really rekomen but can do it.

Because the protein has been broken down by higher life form, bacteria.

Same like soy sauce.

Cheese is high in protein but does not give any problem to my brother who is suffering from it.

Any protein breaks down by GOOD bacteria is safe, I think.

Edit: add new word with capital letter, just incase. ; )

How about not avoiding any food, just eat moderately. Take Allupurinol 100mg daily after dinner and standy Voren 50mg and Goutnor 50mg if you feel pain coming. Makes sense, no yes?

Anyway, since u asked. Avoid drinking too much water, drink alcohol and eat nuts, it helps clear uric acid.

If you have gout, it's important to be mindful of your diet to help manage your condition. Gout is a form of arthritis caused by the buildup of uric acid crystals in the joints, which can result in pain and inflammation. To reduce the risk of gout attacks, it is generally recommended to avoid or limit certain foods that are high in purines. Purines are substances that break down into uric acid in the body. Here are some foods to avoid if you have gout:

1. Organ Meats: Avoid or limit the consumption of organ meats such as liver, kidneys, and sweetbreads, as they are exceptionally high in purines.

2. Seafood: Certain types of seafood are high in purines and should be consumed in moderation or avoided altogether. These include anchovies, sardines, mussels, scallops, herring, and trout.

3. Red Meat: While lean cuts of red meat can be enjoyed in moderation, it's best to limit the intake of high-fat red meats, including beef, lamb, and pork, as they can contribute to increased uric acid levels.

4. Game Meats: Game meats like venison, rabbit, and duck are often high in purines and should be avoided or limited.

5. Certain Fish: Some fish, such as tuna and haddock, have moderate levels of purines and should be consumed in moderation.

6. Alcoholic Beverages: Alcohol, particularly beer, has been linked to an increased risk of gout attacks. Limiting or avoiding alcohol consumption can be beneficial for managing gout.

7. Sugary Drinks and Foods: High-fructose corn syrup, commonly found in sugary drinks and processed foods, has been associated with an increased risk of gout. Opt for water or herbal tea as your primary beverages and minimize your intake of sugary treats.

It's important to note that dietary recommendations may vary depending on the severity of your gout and individual factors. Consulting with a healthcare professional or a registered dietitian is highly recommended to create a personalized dietary plan that suits your specific needs and helps manage your gout effectively.
