[Shopee] - J&T f*cked up, I get FREE item & REFUND, ...system says item lost, but i got it.

u actually dun need to compensate or repartariate anything..
once courier report as lost to shopee/lazada.. actually courier insurance already kick in (not only loss, kena rompak or accident lori terbalik, meletup all also insured) ...of coz if courier suk always claim high loss.. nobody eventually will want to insure them |

No loss to anyone other than the J&T's insurer.
Usually damage or lost parcel will be compensated by the insurer. |
