Wow UTM got so much land. If only they know how to monetised it n use the proceeds to replace their existing rundown buildings & facilities. They should make it convenient for students rather then looking beautiful n very sparse.

They should also build a new fire station beside the hospital.

i repeat, the requirement is that big hospital must be facing main road and not sandwiched between tamans like the current army land is.

the size you marked is just big enough for a kilinik kesihatan. not a full-fledged hospital.

btw just last week the health minister was in HSA (same day as the great flash flood).

taman u already have fire station. so does kota iskandar. and kulai already has one.

so skudai/iskandar puteri already has 2-3 firestations within 30 mins of each other.

larkin is main for JB.

so next firestation will be in kempas or tampoi as these 2 places dont have fire station but is densely packed.

they are already renting out the kolej tun ghafar baba to some private college.

and kolej dato' onn is rented out to JDT academy.

both located near taman sri pulai.

even menteri besar has no real say, as hospital is under federal.

federal has land reserve in every state. technically they dont need state's approval to build anything on their land....

that is why during previous (nonPH rule), some state get more federal projects and some states are left to fend ofr themselves.

now with madani, it is more balanced...

dunno about that.

i just lnow they rented it out bcos i used to send supplies there when it was still under UTM management.
