Should have built it near Sultan Ibrahim stadium which has lots of parking n can be accessed by Pontian, Kulai, Senai & BP residents. More efficient road network too as it is beside a 2nd link interchange. Land cost could be higher since it is private land.

Blue circle area is better cos beside Pontian highway n no houses . The orange circle is near housing estate with narrow roads.

Wow UTM got so much land. If only they know how to monetised it n use the proceeds to replace their existing rundown buildings & facilities. They should make it convenient for students rather then looking beautiful n very sparse.

But the returns r not sufficient for building maintenance what more new buildings to replace the old.
So when this land is acquired for HSA2, is UTM compensated based on market rate?
