but whenever i play with former pro or state players, i will max at around 188bpm, they can really push me to this level, lol.  if i remember correctly my record was 190bpm.
mtb time.  average at around 130bpm.  Max at around 170bpm.

i remember my colleague collapse in the office, his breathing and heartbeat was so hard to determine if there was heartbeat or breathing or not. in the end he was just unconscious.

at that situation we are not even sure want to give CPR or not, and there were no qualified ones inside the office.

Ur exercise so power one. Body must tip top
*
this is not power lah.
I don't usually push to limit (except when playing sports)

running i just make sure I don't cheat and do a solid continous 30 minutes run. maintain the heartrate. I'm not running to get a gold medal. right?

i was fine for 5-10 min at first when i started playing badminton with my friend. then im done since i need to go back home. while on my way back when im on my bike i feel suddenly sweaty. i found a shop and buy a drink.

im suddenly sweaty and panting when im paying for my drink. i rested on my my bike while waiting my sweat to evaporate while drinking. look like i need to stretch first before playing. not it a problem before. look like im aging sad.gif

Mid 40s. Yes, was having high BMI but brought myself down by 7 kgs so far but knees stopped supporting me. Perhaps I'll need better shoes as well biggrin.gif I believe part of my meniscus portruded out and thus everytime it was "touched", I lose strength on the knee.

Good idea to go off road cycling (sorry I tend to differentiate between cycling-bicycles vs riding-motorcycles), wonder why I haven't thought of that yet biggrin.gif

you are in Mid 40s. i'm more senior than you.

sometimes knee or leg pain is mainly due to wrong running technique

as for knee support. get a good knee support guard. get those adjustable type.
I'm using this brand and this type. good stuff. can get from watson, sports direct, etc.

aging is just a number

what you need is fitness and consistency.
not just a once a week thing.

To anyone saying he's performing the wrong technique, this is true.

But if you ever take Emergency First Respondent course, you'll be told, even a wrong technique is better thn 0 help. Because the guy will be left there to die if you're not doing anything at all. Doing something perhaps got slim chance.

Ribs will be broken anyways in the correct CPR method
*
i hav certified CPR & AED training, & your statement is wrong.
call for help & go find other who really knows how to do cpr, or let other try is better option.

wrong grip, wrong position, broken ribs, that is small issue.
wrong beat can fuckkup the heart rtthym.
not to mentioned u generally not supposed to continue do CPR after victim regain conciousness. *got exception but rare cases & u really gotta know what u're doing.

add on: if u notice on 2nd video, the other guy us doing it right. *cant see if victim is still concious at that point though.
but the first guy probably help fuckup the heartbeat only.

power one is Coffeedude
he reduced his body weight by 20kg within months.
now he is maintaining.
everyday can hear him do Core Muscle training, run 10KM few times per week (1 hour 2 minutes time), do gymnastic stuffs at home, do the rope exercise, etc.
That's why he was sharing this clip.

You're giving me inspiration to continue with my workouts biggrin.gif After my knee injury I bought the Decathlon R900 supports. Was thinking of going for chirophractor or tit tar if it continues. I don't run anymore, just walk nowadays.

R900 support is heavy duty type. wow.

you can do it.
but start slow. and listen to your body.
tone down and recondition your body first.
