India quality is bad but dirt cheap. The people are demand-king, everything wants to be latest.. but doesnt know how to use.

Yes they are here. I'm in the industry, so I know.

Most of the time people complain cannot find talent, its not because they don't exist. Its just that they won't work for the compensation those people are willing to give.

If they are still in Malaysia, yes they are local. Lots of them in MNCs, and there's actually good talent even in gov sector. Just a lot of stupid red-tape that blocks the good people, and instead those that clever to talk cock get promotion or projects.

I have a programmer friend (Malaysian Indian) who was once asked to do collaborative coding with a team in India some years ago. He said working with them was hell. “Their code comments don’t make any sense”, according to him.

indian IT talk like they know 99% but in fact they know only 10%
malaysian talk like they know only 50% but in fact they know 80%

confidence level and comms skill
