We recently decided to subscribe to one of the world's leading SaaS providers.
We thought we would be dealing with the AMDK team for our migration and custom development, but behold, here they are, the bobblehead people suddenly flooding the Team's meeting room.
And that's the start of our nightmare.
The pattern quickly presents itself.
Starting from 'yes, yes, we can,' we've done this and that, it's very possible' to missing the deadline, suddenly frequent no response from their team for days, and the typical excuse: what we can deliver is not what we promised.
We can see our multimillion-dollar investment will bite our ass back soon.
