I noticed Indian engineer like to look down on our local engineers.
They talk like an expert but when do, they dunwan or can’t do.

In the end its all about the money and looking good on paper. New bos / CEO comes in, outsource to india, manage to saves alot, good performance, big bonus.

Few years down the line, can see the result of moving to india, then CEO already left with new shiny contract, and then new bos / CEO gotta steer back the ship, open job in other country….. and the cycle repeat.
