Hey guys after registering for the UOB app and getting the confirmation email, how did you activate the security phrase?

The notification says "refer to UOB TMROW inbox message to retrieve the account number"
But on the login page there's a security phrase (I've not set up a phrase anywhere in the registration process).

I still have this issue too at least as of this morning... anyway settled already. in my case I took a day off today as expected the UOB USJ Taipan is a bit busy - with ex-Citibank customer of course including me. Arrived at around 09:50am, got a queue number, around 40 minutes waiting time. In my case, I have previously own a UOB CC Visa given by my company - so not my personal CC la and they have my work email address instead of my personal email, I believe that's causing the issue, so I requested for email change to my personal email - sadly the bank officer said it will take 3 days to process !
then I asked what can I do to get access to the internet banking today ? easy solution is to create a UOB savings account, ok created one on the spot, and then UOB gave temporary login to the Internet banking access, login and change to my new username/passwd. everything done now.

So, I suggest you go to the nearest UOB... go early if possible.

i had uob cc in 2009, but eventually closed acc by uob due default payment ect. i think back then i used a different phone no for tac

now citi migrated to uob, and i guess uob still keeping my details in their system coz tac is sent to that old number which i cant even recall.

hence cant register for uob app, make any online purchase ect. can this be resolved by calls or have to go physical branch?

tried today via MAE to make credit card payment but the app kept saying system problem error 00E4 or something in MAE

come to think abt i since i saved the credit card number as my fav 3rd party, i guess because its still saved as citibank thats why failed?
