Last night i made payment for my Citi card converted to UOB (I re-typed the card info from scratch, since transaction won't go through using my old favourite link).

Received sms from UOB say payment received, but this morning i check the UOB TMRW app landing page still shows got outstanding statement balance.

How come??? Tried emailing and calling them but no luck.

Anyone else kene? Cb UOB im definitely cancelling this credit card.

You mean, you made an online payment to your CTB credit card number via a bank duitnow ie from cimb click?

My payment yesterday was reflected shortly after I made the transfer. I needed to sign out of the account and log back in to see the amount reflected though.

I don’t really like the UOB app. Might cancel the cc later.

UOB app, when entering password, straight away show *. Can't see what's entered.

E-statement is in Excel format, which doesn't look great.

Yes, exactly lol. Though, my expectations are low for the app. But so far, it’s serving my requirements fair enough.

Citibank app also sometimes need to do that: re-login to check update on the “real time transactions”

You on android?

On ios you can see the letters or numbers of your password before typing the next sequence.

For me have to use Giro transfer mode, there is no instant mode like citibank before, have to wait like 1 day to clear payment if you pay after 12pm i think.

Have you change the beneficiary bank from citibank into UOB?

i use cimbclicks
beneficiary bank = uob
account number = my cc
duit now

can go thru without issue
