 Citibank CC tukar jadi UOB CC, Replacement path updated

Hi, just a quick question, anyone got this problem when trying to register to UOB ? the Citibank CC card info is correct and yet the system gave this error ...

Yes I have received the SMS, called the UOB Card Centre this morning according to them the system got problem, and I tried few times again just now, still the same. worst case scenario I will just go to the nearest UOB - USJ Taipan.

it's the same with or without the pin..
anyway manage to pass that screen on Tuesday, but now stuck on the creating username screen with Error Code: E147

UOB seems to be aware of the issues with Citibank Customer migration, received SMS on Tuesday morning from UOB announcing they're resolving it and will update later.

I still have this issue too at least as of this morning... anyway settled already. in my case I took a day off today as expected the UOB USJ Taipan is a bit busy - with ex-Citibank customer of course including me. Arrived at around 09:50am, got a queue number, around 40 minutes waiting time. In my case, I have previously own a UOB CC Visa given by my company - so not my personal CC la and they have my work email address instead of my personal email, I believe that's causing the issue, so I requested for email change to my personal email - sadly the bank officer said it will take 3 days to process !
then I asked what can I do to get access to the internet banking today ? easy solution is to create a UOB savings account, ok created one on the spot, and then UOB gave temporary login to the Internet banking access, login and change to my new username/passwd. everything done now.

So, I suggest you go to the nearest UOB... go early if possible.
