Not sure if they have any other way to inform or any disclaimer in their app or banking system.

But being PB customers for so long time, I didn't receive such info before. So maybe they should improve on it.

Anyhow, small matter only la. If really can't use app, then use your phone browser lo if really urgent.

The browser can use PbeSecuresign? I thought only the app can do that?

All these problems apply only to the app, right? If you try and access using desktop, how?

I can log in no issue, the problems lies in the PbeSecuresign that you can only access through the app.

Want to transfer money in any way, if you don't have the app, online browser log in might as well be just me looking at numbers on the screen with no control.

This is true when it comes to end user.

When our IT dept request them to reboot after some security patches
Complain why always update patches and kacau them.

Bruh, my emails are clean, I always check the details proper from any Bank.

The only thing I managed to scour from the internet is their own website announcement:

Only Chinese news agency reported on the announcement, so I guess we English news consuming customers can go die lo.

Nowadays app is like the key to your deposit, without the key you cannot do anything with your money except to go find an ATM kiosk and do transfer from there. And since all banks are doing the same thing, now you have to treat your phone as a very important device to access your money. Losing it is very bad for you. And you need to keep it working such as getting new update or buying new phone from time to time.

Sometimes bank does thing for your own good, your phone is so old that it lack of alot of security patch which will open for vulnerabilities… in the end when you lost money, you will blame the bank not ownself ..

Huawei Nova model now at generation 10, your phone is 7 years old …

My problem is not the requirement to update, my problem is that no proper communication between bank and customer.

I know my phone is old, but don't lock me out without properly informing me that you are going to change the locks.
