Public Bank Pbe no longer compatible with my phone, Can't access Pbesecuresign

Hello, Any Public Banker IT staff here? Can tell me why you guys decided to design the app like this? I woke up this morning to my Pbe App needing an update, and the Playstore telling me that the app is no longer compatible with my phone. How am I suppose to do anything with Public Bank now when EVERYTHING on Public Bank needs Pbesecuresign? Can't move money out of the account to another bank without the app that I can't even reinstall on in Playstore, it is no longer an option.
