 Public Bank Pbe no longer compatible with my phone, Can't access Pbesecuresign

Hello,

Any Public Banker IT staff here?

Can tell me why you guys decided to design the app like this?

I woke up this morning to my Pbe App needing an update, and the Playstore telling me that the app is no longer compatible with my phone.

How am I suppose to do anything with Public Bank now when EVERYTHING on Public Bank needs Pbesecuresign?
Can't move money out of the account to another bank without the app that I can't even reinstall on in Playstore, it is no longer an option.

No, not even a redirect, I tried topping up my ewallet, but when I wanted to access the app to do securesign, it says need to update, but then playstore state my phone no longer compatible.

I can log in no issue, the problems lies in the PbeSecuresign that you can only access through the app.

Want to transfer money in any way, if you don't have the app, online browser log in might as well be just me looking at numbers on the screen with no control.

Bruh, my emails are clean, I always check the details proper from any Bank.

The only thing I managed to scour from the internet is their own website announcement:

Only Chinese news agency reported on the announcement, so I guess we English news consuming customers can go die lo.

My problem is not the requirement to update, my problem is that no proper communication between bank and customer.

I know my phone is old, but don't lock me out without properly informing me that you are going to change the locks.

Aside from the last one that I could have missed, the first 4 topics didn't have ANDROID 9 IS NO LONGER supported as the contents. That bottom grey area is not properly conveyed.
It just says the bank is using Securesign which I am already using.

Yes I did receive notification to use Pbe Securesign, as I have been using it for many years.
But I have never received a notice about Android 9.0 not being supported, as per my post above, those pictures are not specifying Android 9 being locked out.
