It has been proven a goalie with good distribution can upgrade a team. Especially our team, as De Gea has zero distribution skill.

If ETH said yes to MM, the club should do whatever necessary.

frankly say, MM deal for me is good if done after get striker.....

if limited transfer budget but end up using 50-60% n insufficient for new striker, it a bad deal....even worst rushing for a player who contract gonna exp next year....

100M not enough for Kane, that’s what ETH want in his plan A as well.

The thing is most of the times, the selling club either doesnt want to or dont have to sell, Antony case was very late in the window AND Ajax had loads of outgoings they absolutely didnt want to sell unless its stupid money; Maguire everyone knows we need a CB, English + they dont have to sell, we overpay; Sancho different case, we paid less than what Dortmund were demanding the season before, its big money but he had big potential (20G+20A even in BuLi is no laughing matter) either way he could still come good.

Now everyone knows we want a ST, any ST we approach will be higher price just because of that.

What people tend to forget are the ones we got fleeced like 40m for Diallo LOL
