Putin is an evil, blood thirsty and deluded despot, but he's not stupid. He can main acah to bomb the countries assisting Ukraine but he won't do it because it will invoke article 5. That's the last thing he needs.

this armed conflict won't happened if Ukraine give up joining NATO

if Murika was so fearful of Soviet set up missile base in Cuba back in 60s, Russia has every right to be fearful for NATO to set up military bases right at Ukraine-Russia border

Ftfy. Almost every ex-soviet bloc joined. Why? Simple reason is they all don't trust the Russians.
Who are the people most vocal about appeasing Russia and reluctant to help the Ukrainians? People living far far away who have no idea what they are talking about.
Don't pretend you understand geopolitics if you deny agency to the people who actually lived and experienced Russky Mir.

Let Ukraine forces capture villages, then shell villages with grad rockets. Sounds like a good plan.

He could but thats not his objective. Its not time for WW3, not yet.

If you think NATO could win against Russia, think again and again and again....NATO cannot win, NATO is powerless against Russia....

In a nuclear war, there are no winners.

I got theory that is just excuses by russia, main objectives is to protect its economic and geo politics. Russia dominate oil selling business in europe. Nato want ukraine so they can get alternative oil bypass russia.

Having distinguished itself in combat for the destruction of Ukrainian armored vehicles, President Putin has awarded the 39th Separate Helicopter regiment of the Army Aviation with the elite 'Guards' designation

One of the main issues Kyiv’s ground forces have faced as the counteroffensive gets underway is Russian air power holding them back. Russia still maintains air superiority, which makes it difficult for ground forces to advance.

“Their aviation works in waves, as it was in Vietnam, Afghanistan,” says a deputy commander in one of the units with the 128 Separate Territorial Defense Brigade said. “Continuously, all day long, they work either by helicopters or by airplanes,” said the commander, who goes by the call sign “Spas.” “In general, aviation support is sorely lacking.” Still, Spas added grounded forces were making progress nonetheless.

In total, Ukraine has received 45 Su-25s and Mig-29s from NATO and allied nations in Europe – but it’s not just a numbers game. A Mig-29 pilot, with the call sign “Juice,” acknowledges the difficulties facing the Ukrainian air force and says Western nations could help by providing Ukraine with the coveted F-16s.

Confident in an ultimate Ukrainian victory, Juice and Pumba wish they were able to do even more to help their countrymen as they launch Ukraine’s long-awaited counteroffensive.

“At the moment we can’t do anything,” Juice says. “We can’t fight them at all with our missiles, with our radars.

“The F-16 will definitely help with that,” he says.

But while Russia maintains technological superiority in the air, it’ll be very difficult for Ukrainian pilots to push Moscow’s pilots out of their skies.

Only if you buy the great power theory bullshit. You're not alone of course. Decision makers of big and influential countries all subscribe to the fallacy that the world revolves around them and their perceived peers time and again.

Let's not quibble about semantics. You know very well I'm referring to all ones straddling Russia and Europe.

Russia is dangerous? Yes. In the sense it is a backward country in terms of mentality with respect to geopolitical relations. It clearly does not respect the concept of self determination, and has expansionist aspirations beyond its capabilities. Is nuclear power the reason we should fear them? No. They are evil, but even they aren't that stupid to use it. The threat of nuclear war is the weapon in itself, not the actual use of one.
