when russian media says Ukrainian army is taking massive losses = Ukrainian army is advancing and capturing areas.

when russia media says russian army is attacking = Ukrainian army is holding and probably solidifying control or rearming and refit.

when russian media says all is good = things are bad on the frontlines.

when russian media starts to post more Ukrainian scandals (supposedly) = trying to redirect recent losses whether its land / ship / planes / bridge got bomb / etc.

Poltava is currently in last place in the region in terms of conscription. As of September 15, Poltava fulfilled the plan by only 13%. The TCC and SP fulfills only 8% of the planned task set by the General Staff. Military registration and enlistment offices in Lubny, Kremenchuk and Poltava region work better.

Therefore, Vitaliy Berezhnyi proposes to deploy 3 notification stations in the microdistricts, the same number in starostas, and to send representatives of the executive committee there to help establish the presence of a person liable for military service. At these polling stations, it is also necessary to work with those who want to serve under contract.

In addition, Vitaliy Berezhnyi said that a large mechanized brigade would soon be created in the region, so he asked the deputies to comprehensively help this process.
