How the heck did they carry so many flares? So far all the videos I see are fighters and attack helicopters spamming flares like no tomorrow and yet in games we have like 10-15 bursts of flares?

according to google, the SU-25 holds 250/256 flares, launch at 2 per time.

i think they only use it when performing their lobbing attack.as they are highly likely not in enemy control territory.

Ahh that explains it.... somewhat... they were like shooting 10 flares per "burst" in the videos so they have like 25 bursts that they can do? More than what's available in games but still within range depending on aircraft model.

Worrying news about “Murz” who is a Russian Telegram channel admin and a volunteer in the 4th Brigade of the so-called “LPR”, he is known for being close to Girkin at certain times as well as truth posting about the state of the Russian military on his channel.

He had a conflict with his "Prizrak" battalion leadership which got fed up with him spending millions of rubles on radio and comms systems for the 4th brigade. They accused him of forgetting the battalion's interests and desiring to find favours from the brigade's leadership.
