i didn't know MyAirline was from all the poor investor money. could be the way to make "things" clean and firstly, it already tainted with investor cry foul over the scammer.

Yes the scammer 🤦‍♀️ is washing clean the money for him to spend by using such capital intensive business like airlines so that he withdrawal and spend the money instead

"BNM: I-Serve Online Mall Sdn Bhd and 6 other companies fined RM50mil for illegal deposit taking" (NST)

KUALA LUMPUR: Bank Negara Malaysia (BNM) imposed a total compound of RM50 million on I-Serve Online Mall Sdn Bhd and six other companies under the I-Serve Group, for accepting deposits without a license, on October 19, 2022.

The other six companies were i-Serve Technology and Vacations Sdn Bhd, QA Smart Partnership PLT, QA Elite Partnership PLT, QA Premium Partnership PLT, MM2217 PLT and Valuewise PLT.

BNM today announced that the compounds were imposed following a joint enforcement action taken against the seven entities on suspicion of committing various offences.

BNM's investigation revealed that between June 2018 and September 2021, the respective entities had accepted deposits from the public and had consequentially engaged directly in transactions that involved proceeds of such illegal deposit-taking activities.

This was undertaken through schemes where monies were accepted from the public on terms under which the monies would be repaid in full, in breach of the Financial Services Act (FSA).

BNM said the total compound amount was determined by considering factors such as the severity of offences committed and all aggravating and mitigating factors.

On November 16, 2022, the entities paid the total amount of compound of RM50 million imposed by BNM.

I-Serve Group has been instructed to ensure that it does not operate any scheme or a semblance of a scheme that accepts deposits from the public, in contravention of section 137(1) of the FSA.

Yes, investor lost all their money. I know my relative still cannot get back his money.
He use the money to fund his own lifestyle and start his dream company - myairline.
biggest losers are the investors and their families.

No idea, never asked her. but i know after invest in iserve, she upgrade to mercedes suv worth rm500k... she probably invest rm1million to make enough monthly income to buy so expensive car.

up till now, she still believe in goh hwan hua, blame gov hidden hand to destroy chinese company.

decades ago, most of the big time taikos in malaysia also destroyed many families lives, broken families/marriages and created so much social problems in society....most of them ended up buying over public listed companies and developers in prime areas. nowadays, all senang, blue skies and mountains crusing in single digit mercedes s class/vellfire/range rover.

2nd generations of their children are also enjoying as most of them were made directors and through influential powerful cables, easily secured more projects for them.

Example: just look at nicky liow....even ALL 14 individuals linked to him are all free...
