Is there any update on this TCH investment debacle, from Datuk Goh Hwan Hua of Trillion Cove Holdings Bhd (TCH) ? Last I heard, they settled the investigation out of court and govt. has unfrozen their accounts, but they aren't releasing money to the investors and enticing them to re-invest with new contract for another term of 5 years. Obviously, didn't pay any profits for the past tenure (with the excuse of Covid first and then investigation), while investment tenure already over now.

What are the options for people to get the money back ? Can we take them to court for unpaid profit or atleast return principal fast? Any recommendations for such law firms who have expertise in Prefrential Shares investment in Malaysia ?

The case is still under investigation, you can check BNM website, clearly it says i-serve is still an on-going case, dont believe what Goh is telling you in the video call or whatsapp.

Firstly the case is still pending because the case need to be brought up to the courts then only settlement can commence with proper mediation 🤦‍♀️ hence it still on going and it will be dragged longer by the master conman 🤦‍♀️

ANTS Capital Venture has nothing to do with Jack Ma's Ants, Goh is a scammer and like all scammer, they try to hijack other people's name and brand. Like the fake k8xpress korean convenient store where he told every investor in 5 years time k8xpress will beat FamilyMart and be the number 1 convenient store, and Season grocer/GoMart will beat Speedmart 99 to be the number 1. Then they will go IPO and everyone will make multi-millions.

Technically Kathleen didn’t expand AirAsia but she is good marketeer for AirAsia

Currently 3 well known AirAsia alumnus including are in MyAirline otherwise how do you think they can able to scale up because Airline is very technical, very capital intensive and very low profitable and you need to able to market to scale up the buffer for profitability

By next year you would know whether they will survive but my guts tells me in 5 years they will be gone for sure while AA would be just barely surviving with low AA per customers

Not to mention SKS Airway is expanding too.
Competition will be tough.
There bound to be casualty.

LANGKAWI: Malaysia’s regional carrier SKS Airways has committed to leasing 10 Embraer E195-E2 single-aisle jets in a deal worth more than US$840mil (RM3.9bil) from Azorra.

The deal was announced at the official signing ceremony between SKS Airways, Embraer Commercial Aviation and Azorra at the Langkawi International Maritime and Aerospace exhibition 2023 (Lima’23) here yesterday.

SKS Airways director Datuk Rohman Ahmad said the 10 aircraft would form the core of the airline’s expansion plans and would be based at Sultan Abdul Aziz Shah Airport (LTSAAS) in Subang, Selangor.

“The delivery of the first E195-E2 to SKS Airways is scheduled for January 2024, making SKS Airways the first operator of the Embraer E195-E2 in South-East Asia,” he said.

He added that the airline launched commercial operations in January 2022.
