but here always firstly say motorbodo fault.

The road leading to the housing junction are quite long.

BMW driver as usual will drives like lanjiao and cant stop on time or distracted with mobile or something.

I think the road before the junction need to put up traffic light (those with warning blinking yellow light) due to the very long road leading to the housing junction as cars will be in higher speed there.

Driving in Penang, you always need to anticipate bikes appearing out of nowhere from the side lanes. I always slow down for such roads due to past experiences. Even though some bikers are at fault, at least try to mitigate or avoid an accident.

And yeah, I'm not sure of other states, but I always see the BMW's and other luxury cars here never bother to put signal lights, cutting queues, speeding more often...not sure why that is.

This is simpang budi bicara. If u meet wrong driver at the junction, then gone case. Junction with traffic lights are more stable.

Google maps have proper measurement tools, why don't you try it out?

The only way to "confirm" is to get the dash cam footage from the BMW. But looking at how the biker stray from left to center of the road right after that junction, very very high chance the bike just exit from the junction.

Anyway, drivers need dashcam to protect themselves in case of accident with bike.
But bike no need dash cam evidence as abang polis always side with biker unless the driver can prove otherwise with dashcam footage (pray pray biker not in blind spot of the video).
