Just drove past this Rainfora. So many nearby, there's 8 Kinrara, 10 Kinrara. There's a new one Avantro.

4 Condos (2 existing, 2 upcoming in 3-4 years) in the same area in Bandar Kinrara.

tbh, the orignal name kinda bad as it sound like "pelita" and the logo/colour looks kinda ugly.

Facilities and features all gimmicks by Trinity and probably be shut down after a few years. Almost all water feature is shut down in The Zest due to leakage and high maintenance/repair cost.

Their first air condition bus stop in front of Zest Point did not even operate with AC ever.

Yes after handover owner need to maintain it thru maintainance charges
