Any idea why this project changed name and concept from Elita to Rainfora?

Hearsay the sales were performing below expectations. TG changed the entire sales/marketing team last year and rebranded the project to Rainfora. Sales seem to be picking up afterwards and the site is seeing improved progress.

Wah the power of marketing so strong ah. I previously considered this project as well but was not convinced by the sales agents. Maybe should drop by again to see what changed

A friend of mine dropped by the showroom back in November, there were some decent promotions on-going back then. The more attractive one would be the developer covering progressive interest until VP, but heard it is for limited units only. Can definitely check them out again to see if there are any new freebies

Wow that is a bold move by them...I think their current location for this project not that ideal so hard to sell without offering these packages. If you are ok with the location and stuff then really ong dy

Ehhh, I visited Trinity showroom today apparently this is on Sunday 12 January 2025. Can confirm? These type like hot cakes one but Trinity some how able to give priority to reserve the unit for you

Yes, you can choose your preferred unit! 1st come 1st serve, very limited units.

Crazy queue since early morning. Trinity team damn attentive, masuk booking SAMM tapi left leaving wanting to get their Type G....if the toto on 15 Jan I kena, you know where to find me

Wah.. Quite crowded.. Looks like people attracted to Type G unit than the SAMM unit. Type G all sold out is it?
