If that's not assumption on customer then what else? I also already posted on third page asking how did the driver know the lady was drunk when she booked for the ride,no one replied. Because nobody knows.
Yet idiot racists here keep on with their prejudice argument about hak mabuk muntah dalam kereta based on certain 'race' that's why the driver have the right to reject her and asked her to cancel.

Except 1U. Got stuck in there for 2.5 hours and kena bang 3 times. Very special Malaysians driving there that day.

Only small scratches and no dents. Whole upstairs carpark was stuck for that long, so didn't bother to pick fight and hold everybody else up.

Never went back 1U for 5-6 years after.
