Ok. That is one way to define the purpose of life.
But what/how am I contributing to God? Can a person still contribute if a person is atheist?

i dont really know.. it just randomly..
sometimes feel helpless, cold, lonely even you have great partner and family that very close..

PIP very sensitive... I do seen it before which happen to friends and colleague..

Some really do work kena bcz not ngam with boss, and boss prejudice. Some can't work kena PIP but retaliate boss pull back.

It very depend on the company, policy, how the HR works, how is the system.
In my opinion, HR need to be very neutral and everything should be documented.

Like the Maxis case PIP and termination lastly won the court case 2xxk.
