I do have this thought randomly from time to time and it will come back to haunt me

i dont really know.. it just randomly..
sometimes feel helpless, cold, lonely even you have great partner and family that very close..

How about you? still cant find answer ? haha

so its due to work pressure and now you naked resign so this thought of meaning of life ome into mind?

PIP very sensitive... I do seen it before which happen to friends and colleague..

Some really do work kena bcz not ngam with boss, and boss prejudice. Some can't work kena PIP but retaliate boss pull back.

It very depend on the company, policy, how the HR works, how is the system.
In my opinion, HR need to be very neutral and everything should be documented.

Like the Maxis case PIP and termination lastly won the court case 2xxk.
The world is always unfair.
