most people are not controlling the thoughts, its the emotions that gear them towards stupid decisions. I know myself like to fuck girls but i try not to get carried away too much by it

Its called the third party observer effect
the Buddha teaches us to leave our physical body by observing more
*
The practice you mentioned is essentially a form of mindfulness or self-awareness. By adopting a third-party perspective to observe your emotions and desires rather than blindly following them, you can better take control of your life's direction.

Chanting can indeed support this process. Chanting, when done with focus, can help calm the mind, enhance concentration, and create a sense of detachment from overwhelming emotions or desires. It serves as an anchor, allowing you to return to the present moment and observe your inner state more clearly.

purpose of life is to experience to maximum
no matter whether you're born poor or rich  ugly or good looking
everybody "image" will decay
thats why buddhism and Taoism focuses on the soul and letting go

Are you saying our existence is to experience life and then escape cycle of life by achieving nirvana?

After achieving nirvana, what is next. Just exist without any purpose?

Do you agree that if we don’t exists then we don’t have to suffer so much to achieve nirvana?

Wealth and Suffering:

The idea that those born into wealth do not suffer, while those born into poverty inevitably do, is a common misconception.

While it's true that material wealth can alleviate some forms of suffering, it does not remove the deeper forms of dissatisfaction that exist within us—such as the

fear of loss, loneliness, or existential anxiety.

Similarly, poverty does create hardships, but it also offers opportunities for resilience, growth, and a deeper understanding of life's impermanence.

In both cases, suffering comes from our attachment to what we have or do not have.

Wealth may ease physical pain but cannot guarantee peace of mind or spiritual fulfillment.

We are eternal beings who are always living. Coming to this material world & going through sufferings in various bodies is due to our own free will.

You are always free to renounce the attachment to the material body & hence the material existence & go back to your constituitional position as a blissful soul.

Life is about seeking happiness. Everyone derives happiness from different things. You have to find out what makes you happy.
Is it travelling? Having a family? Owning material goods? Earn money and achieve those things that give you happiness.

The first apes evolved about 25 million years ago and by 20 million years ago were a very diverse group. Within the last 10 million years, however, many ape species became extinct as the earth’s climate cooled and dried and their forested environments changed to woodland and grassland. There are now only about 20 living species of apes and they are divided into two major groups. These are the:

Lesser Apes, containing the gibbons
Great Apes, containing the orang-utans, gorillas, chimpanzees and humans

Gorillas Are Extremely Intelligent

Like all great apes, gorillas are extremely intelligent. Koko, a famous gorilla living in California, can communicate with more than 1,000 hand signals in "Gorilla Sign Language," a modified version of American Sign Language. Gorillas can also use tools and have various methods of communication, including around 25 different sounds.

At the ABQ BioPark, gorilla keepers utilize this animal's extreme intelligence to work on a pro-active healthcare program. Keepers ask for behaviors like presenting a forearm for a voluntary blood draw, offering fingers for nail trims and opening their mouth for teeth brushing (all activities are done through the safety of heavy-duty mesh to ensure human and animal safety). According to primate keepers, Tusa is the valedictorian of the gorilla group - not only does she pick up on new behaviors fast, but she is even able to anticipate what keepers want before they even ask.

The ABQ BioPark has Western lowland gorillas, which are native to several countries in the Congo Basin in West-Central Africa.

should be GORILLA.

The souls (jivatma) exist because the Supersoul (Paramatma) exists, the souls being parts & parcels of the ever existing Supersoul. Our constituitional position is to exist as eternal servitors of the Supersoul. But we may renounce the path of dedication & choose the path of exploitation of material nature, or vice versa, because of our free will.

Been looking since I was 19. Found it when I was 30.

Welcome to the rabbit hole.

Itzhak Bentoz - Stalking the pendulum
https://youtu.be/KMbeK_6ATxQ

Jacobo Grinberg - Syntergic Theory
https://youtu.be/ORbVj4NJtG4

Practical
Robert Moonre - OBE, which beta/alpha frequencies and sort

Deep meditation to interchange your body frequencies from beta to alpha.

Remember this, we are frequency, energy being. Living in this organic body, jz to exp life, pain, suffer, love, etc and also to express ourselves tht something we cannot do in energy form.

When we wokeup, we r kind in the left brain mode. Beta frequencies being. Hence pure cognitive mode. While when we are in deep praying, meditation, we slowdown our beta frequencies, organic body, we will be rising, and in the state of alpha frequencies mode, in the state of pure observer, the real us.

Be careful, most of the author rip and gone suddenly after they wrote their book.

Jacobo Grinberg dissapear in 1994

Izthak Bentoz rip from airplane crash

The 3 Initiative the author of kybalion in 1908, nobody knows who they are

While CIA also released the paper called the gate way program, it similar concept with itzhak bentoz & jacobo grinberg. Using robert moonre technique
https://www.cia.gov/readingroom/docs/cia-rd...700210016-5.pdf

https://www.cia.gov/readingroom/docs/CIA-RD...700270006-0.pdf

Tldr: we r energy being, living in this organic disposable body, jz to exp life, & to rise our frequency for certain timeline . Proof? Practice meditation, follow jacobo, or u can also practice astral/out or body experiences by robert monroe. Remember, as u read this. U r in the state of organic disposable body, beta frequencies being, left brain, pure cognitive mode, brain desire and logic . While when u close ur eyes or in deep meditation, or when ur sleep, that is the original u. It jz u totally turn of your left brain when ur sleep, so every events that happen, no memories is saved. Unless u rise your alpha frequencies, at the same time rise your beta frequencies too. Hence u can be in the state of real u, while at the same time your cognitive mind also wakeup and control it.
That is what CIA trying to do. So that they can spy the soviet.

I think you got the basic idea that suffering ends when you don't exist anymore.

I understand what you are saying. Thank you for the explanation.
You are explaining how we exists and what we can do. But there is no “why” we exist in your explanation.

There is. We exist as servants of God in His eternal kingdom & servants of nature in this material kingdom. In other words, we were created to exist & serve (or exploit).
