Got report them why can not remove Favorite account, new update already implement Update/remove Favorite account.

Hi, anyone is unable to order the Debit Card?
Heard that 5% will only be entitled after we get the debit card (not sure if this is confirmed).

Has anyone tried to withdraw from the PTPTN SSPN account into RIZE?

I tried but have still not received the withdrawal even though the PTPTN agent bank islam sent the funds via GIRI last Friday.

Not sure if there has been a delay because it is an apps based account?

Contacted RIZE. Apparently it does NOT support any incoming or outgoing payments via GIRO at all.

So the payment will be refunded back to PTPTN.

Rize still can not totally replace other MAJOR bank account for daily use.

I try Rize bank --> FSM, KDI, Versa etc....deposit/withdraw all can not.

Lazada/Shopee also can not.
Many other major Shopping website also can not.

May be need wait they expand the FPX/Giro network.

transaction history looks more like brief info. Might need to request CS for statement for detailed info.

Here is my used case - I transfer rm200 to a contractor and he ask for a screenshot of the transaction. So I totally forget to take a screenshot and exited the screen. So I go back to transaction history and it just show his name on it. It does not say to which account I transfer to. Like m2u we still can get back the transfer receipt but this Rize nothing at all just a name and amount and does not even tell you which bank once u exit the page.

@rizencustomernservice - if you are reading this please help to address the issue in your next update
