syukur i bought 2 units there. Elmina Valley 4 and 5, right next to the reservoir, fresh air everyday, heavy mist in the night and morning, damn cold and chill like rainforest, and bestest is NO DUST. NO DUST AT ALL!

As a buyer of Elmina Green Three, who just completed and VP, many of home buyers are not satisfied with the craftsmanship .
Defects a lot. Like we buy a cheap residential house. My neighbour said harga rumah actually tak sampai half price pun. Untung SDP. Kita diam dulu. Sebab jiran ramai tak dpt kunci rumah lagi..tu je nak cakap.. Supaya SDP jaga kualiti OK...sekali masuk viral news..hmm...😅 |
