Can’t find a single char siew restaurant. Need to drive to Denai Alam for it.

Elmina was the name of an estate in Sungai Buluh. Belongs to Lowlands and Highlands before bought over by SDarby... like many estates like Bkt Jelutong, Bkt Raja and Bkt Tinggi.

GLC sapu all the plantation land and become new township developer... all priced to g&g high market prices.

syukur i bought 2 units there. Elmina Valley 4 and 5, right next to the reservoir, fresh air everyday, heavy mist in the night and morning, damn cold and chill like rainforest, and bestest is NO DUST. NO DUST AT ALL!

Got the name terbalik. It was Highlands & Lowlands, bought over by Guthrie.

Guthrie then merged with SDarby and Golden Hope.

As a buyer of Elmina Green Three, who just completed and VP, many of home buyers are not satisfied with the craftsmanship .

Defects a lot. Like we buy a cheap residential house.

My neighbour said harga rumah actually tak sampai half price pun. Untung SDP.


Kita diam dulu. Sebab jiran ramai tak dpt kunci rumah lagi..tu je nak cakap..

Supaya SDP jaga kualiti OK...sekali masuk viral news..hmm...😅
