Developers need to first learn to design the interior facilities properly before being even allowed to build houses or apartments. Most have no idea or don't give attention to what is correct and most user friendly locations to install sink outlets, power outlets, light and fan points, air conditioner points, wall switch points, If can't even do this basic thing properly, resulting in so much inconvenience to the buyer, don't brag so much la. In fact, all buyers should be provided with the engineering drawings FOC so they can review the details before buying, and allowed to request for changes before construction starts.
