Elite selling average 650psf… won’t think this project will be cheaper than Elita.. maybe different in layout design and freebies to be given… for Danau.. location is not bad also… only is leasehold and some units can see HTC… the price will be slightly cheaper than Kinrara projects

I got info for Avantro Residence. They will be launched next month in July.
Indicative price
882sqft - 550k 1034sqft - 635k 1150sqft - 775k 1172sqft - 825k
For bumi, expected will be more 7% rebate.

This is TOD project. 180 meters only to LRT Bandar Kinrara. Freehold. Near bank, Big Giant Kinrara for groceries, Family Mart, School and a lot of eateries.
