If you've done recruitment before in MNC, you'll realised there's salary band for that position
There's possibility that you can get very high increment to fit into the minimum range of that band because previously you are underpaid There's also possibility that you don't get a lot increment because you already reach the ceiling for that salary band So the trick is to get to know the hiring manager to discuss first before you officially apply for the role |

Better start jumping ship if u want a better pay, provided u have the necessary value and skills.
My first jump entitled me a 30% increment Thereafter 23% increment, got promoted after working 2 years in the same company 1 year later, i got promoted again, increment 15% Other than promotion increment, i also received yearly increment which is only 3%-5% max.
