Yes, reclaimed, and seems the reclamation is continuing, can see that for the land next to the site. What about soil movements?

WYN still better than this in term of rental investment .. Danau a bit disappointed for YTL name… design is plain …but is good for own stay with lesser units and practical layout compared WYN plus cheaper in PSF

To be honest, I would suggest other projects that are not that near disused mining pools as we're not sure how the high rise may be if there's any soil movements. Some pools are quite deep

For high rise, the developer experience is also a factor

What about nearby projects on solid ground? The Pulse by Brdb, the Cruise / Rio by Ioi, Elita by Trinity or Avantro by Chin Hin (am not sure about developer experience for the later two)

Yes!! Developer plays a significant role in determining the success of the development.

Although the tech are matured in filling mining pools but if can try to avoid !:) unless you love the proximity to malls and lrt as well as the lake view.

Ya.. I think they will do later if there’s some remaining units. I don’t think type B C D will sell off that quickly. Too many coming up this area. Getting quite hot for condos now. Bandar Puteri also many condos to pick from.

Hmm… It‘s attractive price and low densed. But low units may mean higher maintenance fee later to cover. If no express ramp then parking will be a crazy hassle.

Type A very attractively priced, lower maintenance fee and good for single / couple haven’t married.

Near HTC (200 ft) but the one will see it and nearest is only Menara A type D.

Entrance is from the inner road soon will have to struggle between Lake Edge, Danau, Tulip, Poh Min school, Loop City and Lakeside Residence.

My other YTL prop also keep turning up parking ramp until like crazy. Moving out soon biggrin.gif

Win
- Near a power sub-stn. Walk "closer to /thru" the sub-stn in order to get to the LRT stn. This is where the htc started.

Danao
- Just "at the edge of/refilled-on" one of the largest and deepest mining pools in Pucong.
- Sweat walking to either LRT stn. Try walking from the formal kwsp to lotuz. You know what l meant. Try night time.
- Super noise pollution of LDP traffic ever day

Potential buyers are highly recommended to understand the potential risks of both projects before deciding.

Would have to ask the old Puchong residents. Valley means? Got landslide from road into the mining pool? How come they got a lorry to go down?

They just reopened their new sales office and showhouse unit of 850 and 999 sq ft.

It's facing lake edge main entrance.

Walking distance to the nearest LRT stn is 1.1km per Goog map. Good thing is mostly flat level walking.

tod is not about a building next to a station. its the whole setup from the building, walking path, the station and other connectivity nodes (taxi/bus stand etc). And tod all around the world have people regularly walk with laptop, umbrella, water bottles and more. Its called a backpack or trolley bag. And people on foot travel light. Those that cannot walk with it for 1km walk too less to be able to walk.

Went to the sales office early this year, once I was told that YTL will not renew the lease of the title back to 99 years, it immediately turned me off. If I remembered correctly, after it is completed, lease tenure will be less than 90 years....to be honest, I couldn’t remember exact years left but those who are interested, need to confirm this again with the developer. Maybe they have changed their mind since I was there early this year.
