Ya, for those that don't mind walking 800 meters to 1km, no doubt it is actually walkable to both Pav2 and LRT. But I won't say it is within walking distance, if not later some people will start saying I am an agent laugh.gif

Its walkable around 700 to 800m but not 1km

Not covered tho but its at least paved and at the inner walk way so ur handbag wont get snatch

To pavi with car its 2 mins but I think better not walk la

If u can afford to go pavi u wont even walk at the 1st place

Malaysians want lrt track in front of their house when they need it

Im not 100% sure but I think there is an overhead bridge from shoplots into pavi across the highway

This route u used is kinda like a car route to go directly to pavi entrance or the lobby

In BJ all got car no need to walk but this is truly less than 5 mins drive not like some bs agent over claim for other projects

this route is using proper pedestrian flyover. DBKL taman road shall have a wide footpath, according to the typical standard details in their development guidelines.

1km is for Block A as it is further away from condo entrance, unless people don't mind jumping out from the fence...

Yes but Block A being further from entrance means all cars will passby block B but only Block A residents will drive to Block A giving abit of privacy

Only 1 guard house 1 entrance
Anyway this developer said only can use their in house bankers btw



Unless maybe if u purchase 10 units cash

Ya, even use car also won't be as far as the 2.2km shown, because there is a road directly to the car park. Unless want to drop off people in lobby la. Just shows that google map might not be right all the time.

Ya, this developer is like I sell u cheap cheap, but bare unit, no rebate, no discount, must use in house banker. Actually it is good, filter out all those speculators that can't even afford the downpayment.

The Mines??? Hahahaha my past experiences driving there its like a shit hole with failed Venice inspired mall with river

I feel more youngsters are more inclined to get a unit n stay in BJ

Just look at those high end condos build surrounding pavi

Lol, please compare apple to apple. From what I know, condos within walking distance to Mines and KTM only have Astetica and the Heritage.

Astetica is ~500k for 1200 sf.

The Heritage is already old condo and some more still under master title if I am not mistaken. Very few banks want to give loan hence property price suppress.

BJ also generally a better address than Seri Kembangan.

heard this project from a friend recently who booked a unit.

according to him it has something to do with LTAT n for army personnel wun but tak laku, so they open up n sell to public je lah.

There is another few blocks for tentera down the road i think tentera all moved in few years back

Sabri was the one who rasmi it in the papers

BJ this add not so attractive to bumi, but for non bumi its like a gold mine

And in 2018 only selling for less than 300k wei also nobody want
