Even if you cash buy now, will be hard to sell in the future as new buyer will also face issue getting loan. |

I prefer cheap cheap one cuz I like never use the sauna, the pool, the ping pong table, the pool table. Janji you give me good security n lift n common area no dirty n worn down, I am fine. Also I don't think I have 69 years to live also πππ |

The accademia South City is 2mins from MRT is also very cheap but I don't like that place. Very getho like like. Also if you like middle eastern everything then it's Ur place. Lots of groceries n restaurants. Like little middle east like that.
