Expensive! Subsell the mines area 1200 below 300k also got. Beside highway some more walking distance to The Mines n KTM komuter 25mins) if no jam 2 mins by car. But morning n after work rush hours very jam. Morning leave before 6.30an to avoid the jam. 3 very nearby MRT just opened the other day. Highway along JOM. MRT route.

Heritage can get 1000sqf at 295k but service residence more than 10yo lahπŸ™ŠπŸ™Š can walk five minutes to KTM n the mines walk two minutes.

Those complaining about traffic Bukit jalil highway is more hellish than the mines. The mines is due to bottleneck from silk highway to SG Beak KL highway n the exit to Seri Kembangan town but bukiylt jalil is pure hell the entire road.

I am not buying also. The maintenance fee quite high at approx 300RM. I prefer cheap cheap one cuz I like never use the sauna, the pool, the ping pong table, the pool table. Janji you give me good security n lift n common area no dirty n worn down, I am fine. Also I don't think I have 69 years to live also πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚

U buy master title n then at one point will have to convert to strata n not fking cheap. Even my cheap condo also changed to strata. Dunno why heritage which is few years apart still no strata title

The accademia South City is 2mins from MRT is also very cheap but I don't like that place. Very getho like like. Also if you like middle eastern everything then it's Ur place. Lots of groceries n restaurants. Like little middle east like that.

very sure that's the case. Listing rush started during MCO n prices started dropping. It never recovered. Coupled with lots n lots of new projects launched along the silk highway which are very nearby

Still got lots of Arabs but also got many smaller size, lesser beard Arab wannabes. The India Indian n Bangladeshis. Many many of them now as well
