Any bro can explain the difference between ON Gold Standard, ON Mass gainer and ON Creatine?
ON Gold, Whey protein ON Mass gainer, Pretty much basically your so called whole foods milk and everything added with bunch of crap sugars into flavored powder ON Creatine, Creatine is creatine which is for muscular endurance atp

as long as u know what u eating throughout that day besides from taking shake which it easy and convenient rather than care about the amount of food per day then u will do fine

My protein suck balls. There is something in it that makes it taste kinda weird. You have to try it to understand what I’m saying. I thought I cheap out and get an expired or fake one on Shopee so I just deal with it but there my friend that buys direct or something gave me one coz he doesn’t like it anymore and it also got the same weird taste
Switched to ON and been a happy guy ever since. It taste just like drinking choco milk instead of some weird taste
But ultimately, just get some sample of each and see which one you like then commit to it

myprotein is ok only though tried one or two flavor but their servings and protein maciam mehhhhh
i tried few ON flavor oso and the worst probably is their rocky road choc tastes like fuking plain coco powder

i followed some fella /k here kurtkob78 his approach which eat high amount of eggs which i ate as boiled eggs im talking about 15-20 and literally the fastest way getting lean and vascular thanks to him
then theres the long term side effect

i understand bro since its been years edi i saw your posts on bodybuilding sub really made me curious to try it but its worth the nausea suffer i guess though had moments where i even puke it out probably bcs my taste buds already got tired of it
