phahmeen, ur pda casing, mind taking a few snapshot from the back? wanna see if the casing covers the camera and speaker

updated my P750 with the new ROM 4.8.1..... no problem ...

but ... T9 text input and mapking 2007 gone missing ....

help help ...

Upgrading rom is like format and reinstall windows.
All installed software will be gone.
U need to install them again.

yaaappp .. install back all the software after new rom ..but

cannot press * ( no respond )

example call 121 ... press * to disconnect ...

pressed * but no respond ..... press# ok ( no problem )

anyone can help help ..... ( P750 owner )

hmmm.
I was having the same problem with the old ROM.
cannot even press 1 or 2 to choose language.

However, it was fixed after I installed the latest rom.
so I suspect it was the old rom issue.

But you also have this issue.

I think some of the software is causing the conflict,
mind to list out what have U installed?

Note tat I have disabled default Asus's apps:
asus status, asus launcher, call filter, profile, autoclean

added : CE star . Mapking 2007, SPB time. SPB wallet. Spb traveller. Resco Audio recorder, Garmin XT...... that's all

try to hard reset maybe....

How much is it selling in Singapore and Malaysia now? Without bound to any contract.

kawan, before u bring to Asus, mayb u can reset to Default.
Then test the phone first before installing custom software.
And use SKTool to disable startup for all Asus default software

Hi Hi, in what situation we need to do hard reset? I did install a software call iFon8 yesterday. This software make you P750 running not smooth. after i un-installed this software, my phone speakers not working. Any have this issue? Can Hard reset solved this issue? Thank you...

nope i think

- when u cant find way to fix ur pda problem, then hard reset will most probably solve it. just like format pc

- sk tool is a 3rd which u need to buy or u can try ask ur pda shop. it has a lot of useful function.
