I’m pretty sure the majority are those who are doing business but do not declare their income properly to avoid tax rather than low income high asset people that earns from dividends and capital gains.

Condo price goreng too much already la so gonna be hard to go up. Investing in condo now is not about making profit from price appreciation but rather profiting from rental yield + selling it off after 5 or 10 years at around the same price you bought or slightly more. Those who expect to profit from % increase in selling price would be disappointed.


Why rugi leh? Either way you need a roof above your head, if you don’t buy but rent also same thing, money goes out and end of the day you own nothing. At least you buy in the long run the unit is yours.
