Can’t brain why accessories and phone cannot be collected by same dispatch unit. My leather case was awaiting dispatch on 17th, 18th collected, today got it. I believe they’re coming from same warehouse.

Now I am curious, if buy standard warranty KTS Protect-i (not samsung care+ with ADLD), since can buy within 6 months (instead of 30 days with samsung care+), will the warranty start on when we purchase the warranty too?

DHL tracking yes, u can see the status will be 'arrived at store' something like that. Samsung website showed nothing, it was still 'awaiting dispatch' while the phone was already at SES. I believe someone has mentioned that Samsung website status is unreliable, best to refer DHL tracking.

After updated 'Awaiting dispatch' usually you'll get your IMEI within the next 48 hours. Then your unit should be out for delivery after a day or two (Klang Valley area).

Installed the Ringke Wing Film on 19th Feb 2023...

As of today, the sides has warped/buckled... may be due to heat (the glue is melting over time...) and abrasions from the casing(s)....



Still got another fresh 1-piece in the box... will remove this 1-month old film after the buckled cannot be repaired anymore...as of now, can still repair by rubbing with thumb...

The "cursed" of "curved" screen.... LOL...if the screen is flat, for sure no warping or buckling of the film screen protector....

Using Samsung protector too for S23U, 1 tiny thread of dust under display during installation.

Only comment (I guess complaint idk? I only got Otterbox film SP to compare) is the Samsung film is thin, absolutely no knock protection, only scratches protection.

Previously using Otterbox film and can feel it is stiffer film (thicker cushion feel?) that probably gives slightly better protection.

Probably should go for glass protection but feels like liquid glue is not my stuff, like what if it accidentally goes inside crevices and stuff like that...

The stock film won't have issue on any cases becoz the perimeters are way off from the frame.... the case won't touch the film... Ringke Wing has to wrap around the frame and thus any cases will touch the film...


Summore, the stock film has stronger glue than Ringke Wing...

1) Ease of Installation = 5* (Way easier than Ringke Wing. The film is not as stretchy as Ringke Wing. Additional step is UV curing).

2) Protection : 2* (Not for drop impact as it is merely EPU film).

3) Oleophobic coating = 4* (As silky smooth as branded tempered glass. Way better than Ringke Wing coating. Oily fingers/face is not an issue).

4) SPen glide-ness = 5* (SPen glides easier than Ringke Wing and may not feel like writing on actual paper. Hard press the SPen nib/tib may alter the EPU film surface slightly but it will heal after gentle rubbing with cloth or thumbs).

5) Casing friendly = 5* (As all four corners has about 2mm off-set from the aluminium armor frame, putting in and out any casings will not affect the film, unless, improper installation of the EPU film. Overall, the risk of film lifting is zero).

6) Fingerprint scanner sensitivity = 5* (Since this is an UV-glued curing, we must delete all previous fingerprint database and re-register a new database. "Light-quick" tapping the fingerprint scanner will unlock instantly. No need to press very hard to fingerprint unlock).

7) Image clarity = 5* (This is full clear non-matte, non-privacy, non-bluelight film. Colours are vibrant and text are sharp as usual).

Conclusion :
For the price of less than RM15/piece, it is awkwardly better than the Ringke Dual Wing EPU film screen protector. Any novice installer may find the installation process to be very str8 forward. The very good oleophobic coating is a pleasant experience for the SPen and oily fingers or face.

It depends, I rmb few years back I did purchase from them.

Despite many complaints on unsealed box, but I still got my device in sealed box.
