If UV Tempered Glass is risky, just install this UV-Film... the UV glue is strong and the film is not easily lifted by any cases due to buffer around the screen edges,,, the oleophobic coating is the best for film-type screen protector...

Walked in and picked up a S23 from SenQ yesterday for my wife. Luckily still got in-house stock for both the phone and the free watch so that I don't have to make a second trip. Got some voucher but only accessory left was that silicone case with band, okay la.

Immediately went to Sakurazz to get him to install uv glued tempered glass for the new S23 and replaced my cracked TP on my S22U. Awesome service by Sakurazz as always.

Hi guys,  I went into an accessories shop to apply tempered glass. Unfortunately, while applying it, the UV glue went into my phone's volume button, and my button now is not clicking like normal. 
Can I claim warranty for this?

Oh God.  It affected my call now. cannot hear sound properly. I'll need to go back to the shop and file a complaint.

I called back to the accessories shop. They said they have a technician to help me fix it, but they do not need to disassemble my phone. 

What should I do now? Bring back the accessories shop?

Hey guys, I'm lucky. I visited the Samsung service centre at The Mines. They were able to clean the glue with RM100, and it works fine now. The glue blocked my speaker, microphone, volume button, and pen. 

Lesson learned. Read the SME terms and conditions. Samsung does not give a warranty for glue-type screen protectors. I trusted the accessories shop because I applied the same glue screen protector to my S21U and S22U and have had no issues. 

I'll be back to the shop if they can compensate me for their mistake. 

I'd rather not stick any screen protector moving forward. not worth the hassle. Just get any casing that would protect the screen. 

Take note. Samsung does not recommend any type of liquid screen protector, and the screen manufacturer should stop producing it. The service centre told me this RMA liquid screen protector issue reported everyday. 

Never use any SP since S6e... I did bought one SP for my IQOO Neo3 5G which did not come with any Gorilla glass certification.

I hope that phone manufacturer go back to using matte plastic or aluminium back. I think I had enough with phone cases.

If anyone of you plan to install the hard wear fibre UV sp. Please avoid it, strong discourage on this. And it cost me RM95

Suppose I am choosing between x.one ultimate and this one. Then the seller told me hard wear will be better and harder. So I take his advice. And they said I am using spigen tough armour which the case quite thick so that cut case friendly for me.

here comes the cons
1. The case friendly cut - it didn't reach the curve at all. So when u are watching the phone, can see the edge of the screen protector which trigger my OCD and so ugly.

2. the olephorbic coating is bad, it is full of fingerprint and can't easily remove with fibre cloth. U need to apply and some pressure and wipe few rounds to remove. But the FP is back the moment u touch the screen.

3. Due to its case friendly cut, the side all collecting the dust

4. price is at high side, now I kind of cannot than it and feel like peeling it off but the think of the price I had paid so I fall back

1. it is quite hard, my phone was fall tot with me on last week and not much scratch on the sp

2. consider quite smooth touch compare to those RM20 sp from Taobao.

My wife is using... I dont really care abour hairline scratches.

I have not install any SP because I still don't know which is good 

Just installed it also, oleophobic coating reli the best for the price point. Installation also very easy... Nice to use! Tried alot protector the oleophobic coating usually very weak 😅

i bought these and apply.

1. installation straight forward, first  install, maybe i clumsy, waste 1st piece , second follow video instuction, sucess apply, got two bubble there.
2. Oleophobic coating are much better than previous niklin.
3. Proctection film quite soft, so don't put together with hard things
4. Image clarity is clear and there are rainbow effect all over the place.
5. Remove old fingerprint and re-appy, work like charm

i re-order two set, cause cannot tahan that bubles
