New Member Probation 14 posts Joined: Feb 2023	Anyone has any idea how to trade in the old device after place order of the S23U? I tried to click the link to schedule the pickup from the email link I received. But the link seems to be broken. Any sifu kind to explain? or do i have to wait until I received the phone only can perform the trade in?

I logged into Samsung Account midway coz having problem with the address checkout, so logged out and in many times. Order is shown in my samsung account though. So I have no idea if I'll be getting the points or not.
