Try retyping new address instead of using saved address. I got the same error but after retyping new address, it was ok.

My email doesn't show the samsung rewards points. I logged into Samsung Account midway coz having problem with the address checkout, so logged out and in many times. Order is shown in my samsung account though. So I have no idea if I'll be getting the points or not.

Didn't know that the RM400 is deducted after the discount. Got the impression that RM400 is deducted first, then balance only get the discount. If that's the case, I may have underutilised my RM400 voucher already.

You ordered phone from Samsung Online Store? Your parcel was from GDex so very likely not from Samsung online store. They use DHL. My past Note20 and S22U all delivered by DHL. I remember Digi used GDex for the phone delivery, but long time didn't pre-order from them so not sure if it's still the same.

Last time when I pre-ordered phones from digi on the first day, I received the phone on the first day of delivery date.

My understanding is that you pay RM5699 to get the S23U 256GB and top up RM199 to get the free S23. So total pay RM5699 + RM199 to get 2 phones.

This is normal. Upon purchase, they will charge 1st instalment immediately, then 2nd instalment will be charged on your next statement. So it will be different for different buyers depending on when is their next statement date.

So if don't contact them, then our new device will not be sent out?

My status is still at preparing order (delivery to home). Ordered on 2 Feb.

Ordered on which day? Delivery or store pickup?

I ordered on 2 Feb too, at 4am. Also delivery, Lavendar colour, S23U 512GB. Still at the same status, preparing order.

On the website, can you see the IMEI of the new device already?

Mine is still not ready for dispatch yet. But last year S22U order status on website showed the IMEI number once it was ready to be dispatched. Yours is already awaiting for DHL to collect. Nice. Once it's collected, then you should be receiving it within few days. DHL delivers half day on Saturday, and no delivery on Sunday. So if they collect near the weekends, then we can only get it next week.

InstaCash has just contacted me via Whatsapp. So I've arranged for the pick up of my S6 Edge.

Also, my Note23 is now Awaiting for Dispatch... finally. However, noticed that only the device and the 65W charger will be sent, as the gadget clear case is still in the preparing order status.

My Note23 Lavender is still awaiting for dispatch since 15/2. DHL hasn't picked it up yet. Ordered on 2/2, but seems like won't likely to receive it today.

Right. I ordered on 2/2, and still waiting for DHL to pickup since two days ago. My clear gadget case just got updated awhile ago, awaiting to dispatch. Now I'll be expecting 2 parcels since different tracking number.

DHL tracking site is finally updated, pick up was done. Parcel is at delivery facility now. Hopefully can receive it tomorrow. Also, IMEI for new device has also just been updated on Samsung site. My S23U Lavender is from South Korea, manufactured on 9 Feb.
