really depends on how the software to "fake" all the stuffs for a small sensor size of 1/1.3". because it's not easy to use a smaller sensor to beat a larger sensor, and it's coming from Sony.
the older Samsung ISOCELL HM3 1/1.33" (S22 Ultra) has about 69mm^2 area, while Sony IMX989 1" (used by Vivo X90 Pro and Pro+) has an area of whopping 116mm^2. still tiny in terms of camera sensor, but the difference between the two is close to 70%. new Samsung ISOCELL HP2 used by s23 is using 1/1.3 which has larger area than HM3, but just so slightly

deswhy there's a reason why actual raw detail + quality, phone cameras will never match mirrorless cameras. APS-C and 35mm sensors are multiple times the size. but on the software side, phones can directly do alterations for you and make it look pretty close to what APS-C and 35mm cams can offer.

So during the fill up form, it state that my device is worth rm120.

Meaning i will get only rm120 and not rm600 off?

U'll get both.

RM600 = now during checkout of pre-order.

RM120 = when InstaCash Officer collect ur S10e later.

Therefore, ur S10e total trade-in value is:
= RM600 + RM120
= RM720

Err.. Bro. I try just now, i got Honor 10 phone. But the things is i only got Box with the EMEI sticker intact. Phone missing long time ady. So i enter the imei, and put the phone in bad condition so trade in value become RM0.

Then i manage to proceed next, i got the RM600 off trade in discount.

I also got the early RM200 off during unpack sign up.

So total at checkout there i got RM4899 and for the rm400 eVoucher accessories, i choose 2x 45W charger. Not much choice anyway.

Is this deal good?

Telco plan is better if the telephone line monthly bill can be claimed to Company.

Say taking the Celcom98 for 24 months contract.

A = S23U 512GB non-Lime = RM4,399

B = Upfront RM350 is to be reimbursed monthly. So, no need to consider this payment.

C = Celcom98 plan = RM98 × 1.06 x 24 months = RM2,493.12

Total ownership after 24 months is
= A + B - B + C
= RM4,399 + RM2,493.12
= RM6,892.12

But RM400 accessories must buy own pocket money.


If get from SME :
A = S23U 512GB Lime = RM4,899 (after RM600 and RM200 discount)

B = Celcom98 plan = same as item "C" above.

SME offers free RM400 accessories like 45W PD charger, earbud, over-priced casings, etc.
