i plan to buy an AP set at a shop, but the shop keeper said he didn't have the phone right now and willing to order for me. I was wondering, do i have to pay him a deposit for the phone? What if by the time the phone arrives, the phone is not in good condition (recon set, 3nd hand etc...)? And will i be able to get back my deposit $?

Hi, i just bought nokia 5320 xpreesmusic yesterday, original set from avaxx...i bought a new set but it seems they give me used one...so i need some help to clarify this thing out...they told me it will take 1 hour for them to get the phone...so i wait at my office...then they call me about 30 minutes earlier said my phone was ready...then i go to their shop...then...

1. the box is already opened...means 'AVAXX Inspected' sticker already being cut...but i think they just wanna put avaxx sticker...but again...if avaxx inspected sticker already patched outside the box...of coz avaxx sticker already patched inside...rite?

2. the battery is already in the phone...is it normal?i watch on youtube the battery is separated...but i'm not sure about this...

3. the microSD come naked...not packed...and without microSD adapter...earlier this year i bought nokia 6120 classic (avaxx also) at lowyat and the microSD card nicely packed and come with adapter...oh ya i forgot, the 'AVAXX Inspected' sticker not already cut off also...

that the first things i notice...when at home...i check some other things...then i notice...

4. earphones packages already opened...but i think in same way...they just wanna put avaxx sticker...

5. i check the battery...then i notice...the warranty sticker already marked at October 2008...is that normal?

6. i check the phone...the warranty sticker at the back of the phone already marked at November 2008...is that normal?

7. i check the charger...the warranty sticker already marked at November 2008 also...is that normal also?

i check my old phone...i bought it February 2008 and all the warranty sticker are marked on February 2008 (phone, battery & charger)...please help me...does 5, 6 & 7 things indicate they give me used phone?

hm..i fell like that hp u bought is not a new 1..

if he want to bring the hp to u (have to pick it up somewhere else n make u wait for an hour) ,the box must haven't be opened..why he open it if the box is new(not even in his stall n need to b pick at somewhere else, thats mean its a new set.shouldn't be opened).why he open it?

the sticker must be put b4 avaxx seal the box..it is not shop guy work to put the sticker..

all the sticker must be marked the same date u bought it..

go to the shop ask him bout this, told him lots of ur friend told u bout this..

avaxx n zitron hp must be separate in the box..if the battery oredi in the hp..they use it b4.

maybe the shp dont have the stock n get it from other friend shop..n friendshop give him this suspicious set.

this is just my opinion..can ask other forumer to confirm it.

how do I check if the 2nd hand phone I am getting, which is a N82 is 100% fully functional? Coz it has so many functions....I am getting one 2moro, after surveying today in LYP. So far tested by making calls, taking pictures, bluetooth, all OK. Did not manage to test WiFi as there was no public wifi available....

During start up, the screen got hang for awhile, is this normal? Hope tog et some input on this....thanks very much in advance...

Just check the phone i bought last week, (so call ori used phone full package with 6 months local warranty left) imel number in the phone different from the sticker.... ah .... ah... i think i kena tipu...

I'm thinking of taking maxis postpaid plan which bundle with handphone.

Here may i know whether the phone selling together with the plan is 'clean' ?

Are they selling recon 1, or AP set 1??
