This is ok

Everyone who wants to stand a good chance to progress have to pay their dues in a vendor.

Plus is if he's doing it as a fresh graduate

Double plus if its in RAN and in demand

If this is really your role and package TS take it. Tough it out then look for opportunities to jump. You work long enough and if you're sharp enough you can spot places to jump to
*
By saying double plus in RAN, is equally saying going to holland and limiting one's potential to move on later....

I saw many RAN product engineer / manager, end up no where to go, stuck....

Hi, I have joined in huawei as a product engineer. I am a fresh graduate. May I know is there anybody is working in huawei as a product engineer or used to? I have read a couple of reviews and apparently this position is a outsource and not directly under huawei. May I have some opinions? whats good and whats bad about it? what does this position actually do? is it stressful? are the colleagues friendly?

freshie already 8k+.. me with 3 years exp + cisco cert, only this year reached 6k+.... haizz

u ady accepted anyway, so endure the grind per the contract lor. contract end later and if still no permanent role offered, should be not much of a problem to search for another high-paying role since you already have that decent previous base salary as negotiating tool during job hunts.

The industry is no longer as lucrative as it was say 25 years ago.

But RAN or packet core is a decent niche to start out in.
