Hi, I have joined in huawei as a product engineer. I am a fresh graduate. May I know is there anybody is working in huawei as a product engineer or used to? I have read a couple of reviews and apparently this position is a outsource and not directly under huawei. May I have some opinions? whats good and whats bad about it? what does this position actually do? is it stressful? are the colleagues friendly?

What do you mean outsource? Your offer letter under Huawei or not? This is Work 101, you don't need to ask someone else if you are outsource or not, just look at your offer letter.

Usually on a contract and outsource to a third party resource company. The company signs a contract with Huawei. Its a standard in the industry, not just Huawei does it. Easy way to insulate themselves from the hassle of permanent headcount
