I love my new Powerball .

dont worry about the thumb flick.. u'll get it soon enough.. at first i thought it was impossible too, but after a few practices i finally got it right.

depends on how u use it... need to spin it higher than 6K rpm constantly for about 1min+ per session if u wanna tone ur arms... and that's seriously tiring... for me at least...

Hitting 10K mark after owning it for 6 hrs :-)

Whoaaa didn't know this took off in Malaysia... I got mine back in the end of 2007.
