no worries about wear and tear cause after a while, if the ring or the plastic sphere wears out to the point its very very unplayable, just request for a free replacement part!

i personally no experience with the part request, but i think perhaps u need some photos to show the defect area
best is for u to just email them at the given email and they'll guide you thru on what to do

but i advice you to get familiar with opening and maintaining your powerball first
it'll definately help to get to know what are the parts in your powerball, and what causes what problem

if after u've cleaned the tracks, and tried sandpapering the tracks and it still gives vibration, then you must check whether is the polycarbonate ring bent or cracked, or whether the mount holes are enlarged

if not, then check the rotor for cracks

first time i tried my hand was pain also, gaved up
but 2nd time, i hit with more force

curl up your hand like a first
hit with the soft part of the bottom of ur hand

Might try it again later or I'll just go find an air pump, less hassle. Any idea where and price?

Whew! Just managed to clean it. Closing the shell was as hard as opening it Much smoother now, but there's still some roughness

finally managed to opened it?
definately will have some roughness left cause its the uneveness where it chipped off
that is where the next step comes in, sandpapering it
