If Gundam Sentinel has an abundance of teenage girly man, I'm sure it would've already been made into an anime since the early 90's. Guess the storyline and characters are just too damn manly it'll only be appealing towards one side instead of both. There are plenty of jewgold to be made these days from making an anime/series that appeals to both genders, in Bandai/Sunrise's case:

Robots CLANG CLANG CLANG = doods aka Mecha EXPART (can recognized over 678 different mechs; extensive experience in piloting nonexistant machine)
Kawai desu ne SUGOI bishie = wimminz aka Buttshecks Pro III.5 (has fukken saved over 9000 slash fanfics; has a dedicated Lelouch x Suzaku folder)
